Meditation


 
   I am Swapnil and today i'm going to tell what i have, what i learnt about meditation. Meditation, as u know is the best way to release all type of stress and tensions in mind. But this is just one of it's infinite features. Our Brain is developed in such a way that thoughts become memories and keep on repeating whenever we think of them. They get deeper into our mind with more thinking of them. Whether these thoughts are Bad or Good, they become a sort of memory. These unwanted thoughts and feelings come again over and over in our mind. To overcome this must  ignore these thoughts through concentrating on other things powerfully. When you sit down, when u want to relax after working really hard, these thoughts start coming into your mind. If they are bad, they make you sad while if they are good, they give happiness. With time these thoughts become more powerful, and start disturbing you even at work. It makes your life Hell. People go to doctors and psychiatrist. But that only makes them addict to drugs i.e. medicines. 

    The best way to remove these unwanted feelings and thoughts, is Meditation.It is the ancient way of connecting with God i.e. infinite that was created in India by Yogis ( people who are connected to God mentally ). They used meditation to remove all the stupid thoughts and feeling from minds, and to connect to God after loosing all the impurities. This is a very brilliant mental exercise. To start, you should sit in a crossed leg position as depicted in the picture with the hands on the lap or legs. Then close your eyes with back being straight and do not think of any thing outside you. Imagine yourself in a beautiful place like a riverside or a mountain and think you are their. Feel it. keep your eyes close and still your mind. Don't think of anything else . You are alone in this world. Sit like a stone, don't respond to world outside you. Feel the nature and do not think of anything else. Just sit in this position for 10 or 15 minutes. Practicing it daily will start increasing your intellect and your ability to meditate for long hours. Increase the time according to your ability. You will start losing all your impurities from the mind. And you will know who you are. You will know the God.

Are we still Animals ?

We humans are social animals. We have been reading this since we were small and confused. I would think how can we be animals ? That was really not digest-able at that time. I know we are humans from my childhood but that was also taught i.e. the name Human or homo sapiens. Who actually labelled us with all these names ? Calling animal An Animal seems perfectly comfortable but calling ourselves Animals !! That's seems quite disturbing. I remember since my childhood, I have been seeing these little and big creatures all around us in the nature but I was always taught to be alert as they could attack you but know what . No animal ever attacked me. We the Humans, create such a big thing out of our security that we consider animals as a threat to our existence and not as fellow partners who, like us, eat food, sleep and continue to reproduce their own species but the only difference between them and us is the ability to Think Creatively. Tending towards Nature

When I think of this world, the first thing that comes into my mind is " why am I here ? " , " what am I supposed to do here ? " . I always think, " why am I in a form of matter ? " I could also be born in the form of a non living thing. When I see the wind flowing without any final destination, I dream I could also flow like it from one place to another. What Is GOD in Reality ?? Does he ever reside in reality or he resides somewhere else far from matter and reality.
